马来酸桂哌齐特预防桡动脉痉挛的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特在经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术中,对桡动脉痉挛的预防作用及其安全性。方法将拟经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影或介入治疗的583例患者,随机分为试验组(291例)和对照组(292例)。试验组患者自入院起在常规治疗的基础上,给予马来酸桂哌齐特320 mg静脉滴注,1次/d,连续3天;对照组患者给予常规治疗。两组用药前后实验宣检查肝、肾功能,术中观察患者是否发生桡动脉痉挛。结果试验组患者发生桡动脉痉挛13例(4.47%),对照组为27例(9.25%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。试验组患者使用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗前后肝、肾功能无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特能有效预防经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术中桡动脉痉挛的发生,其疗效安全可靠。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cinepazide maleate in preventing radial artery spasm in transradial coronary angiography and intervention. Method 583 patients undergoing transradial coronary angiography or intervention were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(291 patients, treated with cinepazide maleate on the basis of conventional therapy for three days) and the control group(292 patients, treated with conventional therapy). Venous blood samples were analyzed before and after the treatment to assess the renal and hepatic function. The patients were observed for whether radial artery spasm developed during the procedure. Results The incidence of radial artery spasm significantly decreased in treatment group compared with control group(4.47% vs 9.25%, P =0. 032). There were no significant changes in the patients' renal and hepatic functions before and after the treatment with cinepazide maleate. Conclusions Cinepazide maleate is effective and safe in preventing radial artery spasm in transradial coronary angiography and intervention.
