摘要
"青少年"年龄界定问题是青少年理论研究和青少年工作发展的基础性问题,由于长期以来没有严格、统一的界定和准确把握,因此难以从根本上描述和解释青少年群体的特征,研究成果也就缺乏针对性和指导性,同时也给青少年工作在实际操作上带来难度和复杂化。青少年研究机构应首先承担起"青少年"年龄界定、规范"青少年"概念使用的任务,这一工作必要且紧迫。
The age boundary of "young people" lays the foundation for all theoretical study and work development of young people. Without the strict, unified and accurate boundary for a long time, it is difficult to fundamentally describe and explain the characteristics of the youth groups, so that not only the research result lacks direction and guidance, but also the youth work is brought with more difficulties and complexity in practice. The involved research institutions should first take on the work to define the age boundary of young people and normalize the usage of it, which is necessary and urgent
