糖耐康颗粒对胰岛素抵抗3T3–L1脂肪细胞炎症因子的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Tangnaikang Granule on Inflammatory Factor of Insulin-Resistant 3T3–L1 Adiopoctyes

摘要 目的:探讨糖耐康颗粒对胰岛素抵抗3T3–L1脂肪细胞炎症因子的影响。方法:通过地塞米松与胰岛素共同诱导3T3–L1脂肪细胞建立胰岛素抵抗模型,检测中药糖耐康对细胞上清中TNF–α、IL–6、CRP水平的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组TNF–α、IL–6、CRP水平明显升高;经中药糖耐康以及西药吡格列酮干预后,TNF–α、IL–6、CRP水平显著下降,与模型组比较有显著差异。结论:TNF–α、IL–6、CRP参与胰岛素抵抗的发生,中药糖耐康可能通过降低炎症因子的水平发挥改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。 Objective To study the effect of Tangnaikang granule on inflammatory factor of insulin-resistant 3T3-L1 adiopocytes. Methods After utilizing dexamethasone and insulin to establish insulin-resistant modle by induced 3T3-L1 adipocyte, the levels of tumor necrosis-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) of cell supernatant were detected. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP of model group were significantly increased compared with those of normal group.After intervention of Tangnaikang and Pioglitazone, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP were obviously decreased compared with those of model group. Conclusion The inflammatory factor of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP participated the formation of insulin resistance,Tangnaikang could degrade the inflammatory factor levels to improve the insulin resistance.
