摘要
试验主要研究了ZrO2的不同引入方式对MgO-ZrO2材料抗水泥熟料侵蚀性能的影响.结果表明:引入单斜氧化锆的试样抗水泥熟料侵蚀性是最好的,ZrO2和CaZrO3可以起到抑制水泥熟料侵蚀和渗透的作用;引入Zr(OH)4凝胶的试样抗侵蚀性也较好;而引入锆英砂的试样由于试样中M2S和水泥熟料中CaO反应生成低熔相Ca3Mg(SiO4)2,直接导致了方镁石的侵蚀,所以其抗侵蚀性是最差的.
The experiment mainly studied the influence of three additive way of ZrO2 on the corrosion resistance of cement clinker of MgO-ZrO2 material. The result shows that: the corrosion resistance of cement clinker of the specimen that is addicted with zirconcia is the best, ZrO2 and CaZrO3 could constrain the corrosion and penetration of the cement clinker; the corrosion resistance of the specimen that is addicted with Zr(OH)4 gel is better. Because the M2 S of the specimen that is addicted with zircon react with CaO of cement clinker to the low melting phase Ca3 Mg(SiO4)2, which directly cause the corrosion of the MgO, the corrosion resistance of the specimen is the worst.
