摘要
文章报道了罕见的武汉某十层建筑物的混凝土构件严重胀裂事故。通过全面检测和分析 ,指出混凝土骨料中含有的方镁石发生水化反应所引起的体积膨胀 ,是混凝土构件胀裂的根本原因。根据胀裂程度的不同研究采用了全新的加固处理方法 ,实施效果良好。它为我国现行《混凝土结构加固技术规范》CECS2 5∶90在这类事故处理方面作了有益补充 。
A severe accident of ten?story building in Wuhan is reported in the paper. That is due to the expansion cracks of concrete members. It is rarely happened in the worldwide. Through some macro and micro inspections, the cause is found out of the volume expansion due to the hydration of magnesia in concrete aggregates. Some strengthening methods are put forward on different level of the expansions. The methods are brought down into three parts:chemical, mend?spray, and segregative method. The methods are completely new and proofed effective in practice. These types of strengthening methods are good complements to the national code while fill the blanks in the field.
