摘要
主要利用现行的设计标准进行类比设计跨度为48m箱型轨道梁,并利用ANSYS软件进行轨道梁的应力和应变分析,校核其强度和刚度;通过对设计计算结果和ANSYS分析结果的比较,进一步验证设计的有效性。全面评价轨道梁的应力水平、刚度分布情况、薄弱环节和富余部位,为减轻梁重量、降低成本、均衡梁的应力与刚度、优化设计提供必要的依据。
In this article, the design of box beam track 48m in length on the analogy of the existing design standards is mainly introduced. The beam stress and strain is analysed in ANSYS. And the beam strength and stiffness is checked. Through comparing the design calculations and ANSYS analysis results, the effectiveness of the design is further approved. And compre- hensive evaluation of the track beam stress levels, stiffness distribution, weak links and surplus sites provide the necessary basis for reducing the beam weight and cost, balancing its stress and stiffness and optimizing the design.
