摘要
为了获得无气轮胎在静态固定载荷下的材料与变形特性,利用有限元几何非线性理论对其进行了非线性大变形接触分析。建立了无气轮胎与硬路面的三维有限元模型,在模型中考虑了轮胎的几何非线性、材料非线性及轮胎接触非线性,计算了无气轮胎在径向位移下的变形情况、应力分布和接地压力、径向刚度等。分析结果可作为无气轮胎的设计及优化依据。
For the sake of obtaining the material and deformation characteristics of airless tire under static fixed loading, the contact analysis has been carried out on its nonlinear large deformation by utilizing the geometric nonlinear theory. The 3D finite element model of airless tire and hard road surface was established. Within the model, the geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity of tire had been taken into consideration. The deformation situation under radial displacement, stress distribution and characteristics of grounding pressure and radial rigidity etc. were calculated. The result of analysis can be used as a basis of design and optimization of airless tire.
