基于端电压对称的无位置传感器无刷直流电机位置信号相位校正 被引量:34

A New Control Method to Correct Position Phase for Sensorless Brushless DC Motor

摘要 详细分析了H_PWM-L_PWM调制方式下端电压偏差与位置信号相位误差的关系,得到端电压偏差能够准确反应位置信号相位误差的结论,并在此基础上提出了一种新型的闭环控制方法。该控制方法以端电压偏差为反馈量,通过PI调节器实时调整过零点延时角度,从而达到校正位置信号相位的目的。实验验证了该方法能够实时、有效地校正位置信号相位,改善电机运行性能。 The paper analyzes the relationship between position phase error and terminal voltage of sensorless brushless dc motor in detail. It is found that terminal voltage error can exactly reflect position phase error. Based on the aforementioned analysis, a novel control method to correct position phase is proposed. Terminal voltage error is input to PI controller, and delaying angle after zero-crossing is adjusted in time. Thus the phase error is corrected immediately. The validity of the method is verified by experiments.
