摘要
在此从无刷直流电机特性入手,分析基于DSP控制的无刷直流电机所具有的优点,从而验证其在电动执行器中应用的有效性。为更好地探讨其在电动执行器中的应用,综合运用比较分析、实验论证、图示等方法来分析DSP控制的无刷直流电机在系统及其硬件配置等方面的优势。通过对比分析可以看到其系统控制及其软硬件的配备上能够更好地适应电动执行器的功能要求,并且有利于维修养护。在互联网的背景下探讨DSP控制的无刷直流电机的系统设计及其控制等问题,从而保证其应用于电动执行器时系统控制的完整性及其有效性。
Proceeding with the characteristics of brushless DC motor,the advantages of the DSP-controlled brushless DC mo-tor are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of its application in the power-driven actuator. To better explore its application in power-driven actuator,the comparative analysis,experimental demonstration,graphical representation and other methods were adopted to analyze the superiority of DSP controlled brushless DC motor system in the aspects of the hardware configuration. Through comparative analysis,it is seen that its system control,hardware and software configurations can be more adaptive to the functional requirements of power-driven actuators,and more conducive to maintenance and upkeep. The innovation of this paper is to investigate the system design of DSP-controlled brushless DC motor and other issues under the background of the In-ternet,so as to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of system control when it is applied to power-driven actuator.
