摘要
目的建立脑通喷鼻微乳中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-1%醋酸(35:65)为流动相;检测波长323nm;流速1.0ml/min。结果阿魏酸在浓度为7.6~76wg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995。平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为1.33%。结论该法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好,可用于脑通喷鼻微乳中阿魏酸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination method of ferulic acid in Naotong microemulsion. Methods HPLC was used with Waters C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) , and the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 1% acetic acid (35: 65) . The detective wavelength was set at 323nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 7.6 76 μg/ml, r =0.999 5. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.68%, and RSD was 1.33%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and can be used to control the quality of ferulic acid in Naotong microemulsion.
