摘要
针对运动人体科学专业的特点和实验教学现状,探讨了广西民族学院体育基础理论实验教学改革的基本思路。对如何优化实验教学体系、提高实验教学质量提出了建议;对我院体育教育专业运动人体科学课程的教学有一定的现实意义。
In light of the present status of the experimental teaching of Sports Human Science, the writer explores the basic thought on the reform of the experimental teaching in this article and also puts forward some proposes on how to optimize the basic element of experimental teaching on this major. So it is valuable to today's experiment teaching.
