摘要
在面临世纪之交的我国高等教育中，怎样正确认识并加强大学生创新能力的培养，是教育教学改革深化的重要课题之一。本文就加强大学生创新能力培养的必要性，当前存在的主要问题以及怎样加强等问题，作了论述和探讨。强调教学方法改革不能就方法论方法，而应以转变教育思想。
The article addresses related issues such as current problems, the necessity of and methods for creativity development.It also stresses that reforms of teaching methods should be based upon the transformation of educational views and concepts rather than upon teaching methodology itself.
