摘要
《管子》是法家的代表作之一。贯穿《管子》思想的主流是其道法思想,即用道作为立法的标准和指导;"道"是"法"得以成立的最高依据,是"法"所以享有普遍性、公正性、恒常性的根本原因;道是最高范畴,其内部分为德礼与权法两支,两者互为补充,构成和谐之道。
Guanzi is one of the representative works of Law school. The mainstream thought in Guanzi is law and morality, which regards the morality as guidance and foundation of legislation. Morality is the highest foundation of law and the morality makes the law bear universal , justice and Constance. Morality is the highest model, which can divide into two parts： ceremonial rites and law. The two parts complement each other and form a harmonious way.
