摘要 企业竞争的实质是顾客之争,维护和提高顾客忠诚度是企业生存和发展的根本所在。本文通过对品牌、顾客忠诚、顾客忠诚度、品牌价值的理论分析,阐述了顾客的品牌忠诚度与品牌价值的关系,并列举了提高顾客忠诚度的方法。
