摘要
采用热重分析试验与计算流体动力学模拟相结合的方法,对长隧道火灾过程中沥青路面燃烧的热效应进行了定量分析;提出以沥青自燃点作为界定沥青路面必然发生燃烧的临界温度,并通过试验分析了沥青的燃烧特性。研究表明:低于10 MW规模的隧道火灾基本不会引燃沥青路面;对于20 MW的隧道火灾,路面存在被引燃的可能;当火灾规模达50 MW时,沥青路面必然发生燃烧;沥青路面燃烧对隧道火灾的影响是有限的,其热释放率一般不超过火灾规模的2.3%。
The thermal effect of asphalt pavement combustion during long tunnel fires was analyzed by thermo-gravimetric analysis and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). An idea that the self-ignition point of asphalt was taken as the critical temperature of asphalt pavement combustion was put forward, and the combustion characteristic of asphalt was analyzed by the experiment. Study shows that the tunnel fires under 10 MW are unable to ignite asphalt pavement; tunnel fires with 20 MW may ignite it; tunnel fires reach 50 MW, the asphalt pavement can be ignited necessarily; meanwhile, the influence of asphalt pavement combustion on tunnel fires is limited and its heat release rate won't exceed 2.3 % of fires load commonly.
