胶体金免疫层析技术及其在水产养殖业中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 胶体金免疫层析技术(GICA)是90年代初在免疫渗滤技术基础上建立的免疫学检测技术,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、简便快速、无需特殊仪器设备等优点。本文主要介绍了GICA的原理及其在水生动物检疫、水产品质量检测、水产养殖投入品检测中的应用,并对该技术在水产养殖业的应用做了展望。
