摘要
介绍了我国农村小型水利设施建设投融资的发展历程及其存在的问题,提出了加强农村小型水利设施建设的对策。
The development course of investment and finaneing in rural small scale water conservancy facilities construction in China was introduced as well as the existing problems. Finally, some countermeasures on how to strengthen the construction of rural small scale water conservancy facilities were put forward.
