摘要
介绍天津永和大桥的主要病害,并对其成因进行初步分析。其后所采取的维修加固措施主要包括合龙段置换并加固、换索及新索索力调整等关键技术环节。阐述合龙段拆除施工的控制和安全防控措施及其后的主梁线形调整的基本方法,并就线形调整的效果进行分析。给出合龙段恢复与加固的基本工序和技术要点。最后介绍换索及索力误差调整方法。施工过程中的监测结果表明,维修加固后,大桥的桥面线形得到明显改善,全桥索力较为均匀,维修加固过程中主梁混凝土未产生过大的拉应力。
This paper introduces the major deteriorations of Yonghe Bridge in Tianjin and preliminarily analyzes the formation causes of the deteriorations. The rehabilitation and strengthening measures taken for the Bridge mainly include those key technical steps of replacement and strengthening of the closure segment, replacement of the cables and adjustment of cable forces of the new cables. The paper then describes the construction control and safety protection measures for removal of the closure segment and the basic method for adjustment of the geometric shape of the main girder, analyzes the effect of the adjustment of the geometric shape and gives the essential working procedures and technical cruxes of restoration and strengthening of the closure segment. Moreover, the paper also presents the methods for replacement of the cables and adjustment of cable force tolerance. The results of the monitoring in course of the construction show that after the rehabilitation and strengthening, the geometric shape of the deck of the Bridge has been significantly improved, the cable force of the overall Bridge is uniform and the excessive tensile stress did not occur in the main girder concrete in the rehabilitation and strengthening.
