摘要
目的：了解我院2004年5月～2008年3月间住院及门诊患者中梅毒的发病情况，明确进行梅毒筛查的重要性。方法：对我院2004年5月-2008年3月间住院及门诊患者进行梅毒筛查，对筛查出梅毒患者的病历资料进行统计分析。结果：59082例住院及门诊患者中筛查出梅毒患者366例，梅毒患者占筛查人数0．62％，其中妇科309例，产科30例，儿科27例；梅毒患病人数逐年增多；显性梅毒和潜伏梅毒在20-40岁年龄段患病人数明显多于其他年龄段；先天隐形梅毒分布于儿科，显性梅毒主要分布于妇科，隐性梅毒大部分分布于产科。结论：住院患者中梅毒患病率呈逐年上升趋势，其中主要为隐性梅毒；因此，对存在高危因素的住院患者进行常规梅毒筛查，是及早发现潜伏梅毒并防止其传播的有效防治措施之一。
Objective：In this article, we analyze the status of the syphilis infection of the patients in the inpatient and outpa- tient department of the central obstetric and gynecologic hospital of Tianjin, in order to emphasize the importance of routine using syphilis screening test in the clinical environment. Methods： We collect the data of patients who came to the outpatient department or admitted to the inpatient department in hospital from May, 2004 to March, 2008, all these patients had accepted the regular syphilis screening and diagnostic test. Results：（1）There were 59082 patients had the syphilis screening or diagnostic test, the number of the patients having the trouble of syphilis was 366, and the positive rate was 0. 62%. （2）Most of the positive patients were from gynecologic department, the number was 309, there were 30 patients from obstetric department, and 27 patients from neonatal department. （3）In the past 4 years, the incidence of syphilis was in a increasing conditions. （4）The patients, from 20 to g0 years old, had significantly higher incidence rates of overt syphilis and latent syphilis. （5）Most of the congenital syphilis were from neonatal department, most of the overt syphilis from gynecologic patients, and most of the latent syphilis from the obstetric department. Conclusion： Because of the increasing incidence of the syphilis, it is very important to give all the patients a regular syphilis screening test, especially for the patients with high risk of syphilis infection. A appropriate syphilis screening test is the key point the early detection of the disease and is also the key point for prevention of its dissemination.
