中国区域创新效率及其空间差异研究 被引量:208

Analysis of Regional Innovation Efficiency and Spatial Discrepancy in China

摘要 本文运用随机前沿函数分析方法,以省级区域为样本,测算并分析了中国区域创新效率及其空间差异。研究表明,中国区域创新效率总体水平不高,区域差异较为明显,东部地区的创新效率要高于中西部地区,而且东、中、西部地区内部各省份的创新效率也有明显差异。在时间趋势上呈阶段性波动。区域创新经费投入对区域创新效率有较大的推动作用并大于人力资本的推动作用,专利产出效率高于新产品产出效率。最后,本文从创新人才的培养、加快科技成果产业化两个方面提出了提高中国区域创新效率水平的政策建议。 This paper calculates the regional innovation efficiency in China and analyzes its spatial discrepancy with Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) . The analysis result is that general level of regional innovation efficiency is low in China and spatial discrepancy is evident, and the regional innovation efficiency in East area is higher than that in West area and Middle area, and in East area the provinces' innovation efficiencies are different, and it is same to West area and Middle area. The result also states that the capital input of innovation increases the efficiency higher than labor input.
