摘要
小鼠一次性腹腔注射大剂量环磷酰胺 (CY) ,造成骨髓造血细胞严重损伤模型。针灸组小鼠注 CY后每日分别给予艾炷灸“大椎”、“膈俞”或针刺“足三里”、“三阴交”。至造模第 5天处死动物 ,用两种培养体系作股骨髓粒—单祖细胞集落形成单位 (CFU-GM)培养。结果针灸组 CFU-GM数量明显高于 CY对照组。说明针灸可保护小鼠骨髓干 (祖 )细胞或促进干 (祖 )细胞的分裂、增殖 ,其中艾灸作用优于针刺。
Severe injury of marrow hematopoietic cell was induced by an intraperitoneal injuction of a large dose of cyclophosphamide( CY) in mice.The mice in the acupuncture and moxibustion group received once moxibustion at Dazhui( GV 14) ,Geshu( BL 17) , Zhusanli( ST36) and Sanyinjiao( SP60 ) points with moxa cone each day after receiving injuction of CY and the mice were executed at the fifth day after receiving injuction of CY.Marrow granular- mononuclear stem cell colony forming unit( CFU- GM) of femer was cultured with two culture systems.Results showed that CFU- GM number in the acupuncture and moxibustion group was significantly higher than that in the control group of CY.It is suggested that acupuncture and moxibustion can protect the marrow stem cell or promote division and hyperplasia of the stem cell in the mice,and the action of moxibustion is superior to that of acupuncture.
