摘要
目的:调查知情程度对晚期胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用欧洲癌症疾病研究与治疗组织生活质量测定量表对住院的125名晚期胃癌患者进行知情与生活质量情况的调查。结果:不同知情程度对晚期胃癌患者的总体生活质量有统计学意义(P<0.01),完全知情组与完全不知情组胃癌患者的总体生活质量比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),完全知情组与部分知情组胃癌患者、部分知情组与完全不知情组胃癌患者的总体生活质量比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同知情程度对晚期胃癌患者生活质量有较大的影响,完全知情组的生活质量远高于部分知情组、完全不知情组,而如何科学地告知患者病情,使之完全知情是医护人员应重视并研究的问题。
Objective：To investigate the influence of informed degree on the quality of life （QOL） in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods： A total of 125 patients with advanced gastric cancer were investigated by filling in EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire form. Results： There was statistical significance （P 〈0.01 ） in the total quality of life in the patients with advanced gastric cancer of different informed degree. There was statistical significance （P 〈0.01 ） in the total quality of life in the patients with advanced gastric cancer between the complete informed group and the incomplete informed group. There was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） in the total quality of life in the patients with ad- vanced gastric cancer between the complete informed group and the part informed group, and between the part informed group and the incomplete informed group. Conclusions：Different informed degree has great influence on the quality of life in the patients with advanced gastric cancer. The quality of life in patients of the complete informed group is obviously higher than that of the part informed group and the incomplete informed group. It is an important problem that the medical staff should pay attention to and study how to inform patients the state of the illness scientifically and make the patients become the person of complete informed the disease.
