摘要
烟叶烘烤特性是影响烟叶烘烤效果和烤后烟叶质量的重要因素。综述了烟叶烘烤特性的概念、影响因素、研究进展及目前判断方法存在的问题,探讨了开展烟叶烘烤特性研究与制定烟叶烘烤特性判断标准的必要性、紧迫性和可行性。
Tobacco curing characteristics is an important impact factor on the quality of tobacco leaf. The concept, influence factors of tobacco curing characteristics, research progress on the tobacco curing characteristics and problem of the current judging method were reviewed in this paper. We also discusses the necessity, urgency and feasibility of conducting tobacco curing characteristics research and developing curing characteristics standards.
