摘要
以阳离子淀粉为主体,考察添加水性环氧树脂和交联剂后对瓦楞纸性能的影响,优化配比及添加量,制备出新型瓦楞纸增强剂,并对其进行应用研究。研究结果表明:质量分数1%的阳离子淀粉溶液和质量分数1%的水性环氧树脂溶液在m(CS)∶m(E-44)=10∶1条件下复配,再添加占其总质量分数8%的咪唑溶液(质量分数0.1%),得到较优新型瓦楞纸增强剂(固含量为1%)。添加占湿浆(含绝干纸浆25%)质量分数50%的新型瓦楞纸增强剂(1%溶液),抄纸后得到纸张的环压强度为348N/m(较空白231N/m提高50.6%)、耐折强度47次(较空白12次提高291.6%)、拉力83.5N(较空白48.5N提高72.2%)。
Using cationic starch as main raw material, adding water-based epoxy resin and cross-linking agent, optimizing the dosages and their ratio, a new strengthening agent for corrugated medium was prepared and applied. The results indicated at the ratio of mCS: mE-44 = 10: 1 and 8% of dosage of 0.1% imidazole solution, the strengthening agent prepared had the best performance. At the charge of 50% strengthening agent (1% solution) based on the wet pulp with 25% dryness, the ring crush compression resistane, folding endurance and tensile strength of the resulted paper sheet were 348N/m, 47 times and 83.5N respectively, which were 50.6% ,291.6% and 72.2% increase as compared to the control.
