摘要
该文通过纤维表面改性来提高瓦楞纸环压强度,探讨了打浆、添加三聚氰胺树脂以及聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷对瓦楞纸环压强度的影响。实验得出:最佳打浆度应该在32～40°SR之间,三聚氰胺树脂药品用量1.0%,处理时间40min,处理温度120℃;聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷药品用量0.5%,处理温度60℃,处理时间20min。
In this paper,corrugated fiber surface modification to enhance the ring compressive strength of the beating,adding melamine resin and polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin right ring compression strength of corrugated paper.Experiment results:Best beating degree should be 32～40°SR between the amount of melamine resin drugs by 1.0%,processing time is 40 min,processing temperature 120℃;polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin drug dosage 0.5%,processing temperature of 60℃,the processing time 20 min.
