摘要
目的:建立加味归芪片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中当归、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定当归中有效成分阿魏酸的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。阿魏酸进样量在0.1356～1.3560μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.97%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于加味归芪片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Jiawei guiqi tablets.METHODS： Angelicae sinensis and Radix Astragali in the tablets were identified qualitatively by TLC; the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The TLC spots were distinctive and free from interference of negative control .The linear range of the ferulic acid was 0.135 6-1.356 0 μg（ r = 0.999 6） and the average recovery rate was 99.20% （RSD = 0.97%, n = 6） .CONCLUSION： The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Jiawei guiqi tablets.
