摘要
目的 :观察生化汤不同溶媒煎煮对阿魏酸含量的影响。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱测定阿魏酸的含量。结果 :煎煮的最好方法为第 1次加水 2 0 0 ml,黄酒 10 0 m l,浸泡 10 min,煎煮 ,沸后 2 0 min,过滤 ,残渣加水 10 0 ml煎煮 ,沸后 10 min。结论 :煎煮时不同溶媒对制剂活性成分含量有影响。
Objective: To observe the effect on content of ferulic acid in Shenghua medicinal broth in different solution. Methods: To determine the content of ferulic acid by RP-HPLC. Results: The best method is that: First time: add water 200 ml, yellow rice wine 100 ml, invers 10 min, decoct. Filtrate after ebullience 20 min, add water 100 ml into the retained, decoct, 10 min after ebullience. Conclusion: The different solution decoction have effects to the content of active component in the medicinal broth.
