摘要
采用纯化凹凸棒粘土(简称凹土)与甲基丙烯酸酯悬浮聚合制备了复合吸油树脂。使用傅立叶红外研究了纯化凹土与甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合情况,通过电镜观察了纯化凹土的加入对树脂形态的影响,测试了纯化凹土加入后树脂吸油性能的变化及热稳定性。研究表明,适当添加纯化凹土与甲基丙烯酸酯共聚能提高复合吸油树脂吸油量并明显提高吸油速率。
Purification attapulgite/polymethacrylate oil absorption resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization. FT-IR was adopted to characterize the composite of resin and attapulgite. The surface of resin was observed by SEM. The oil absorbing performance and thermally stable were discussed. Experimental results showed the resin that adding purification attapulgite improved the capability and rate of oil absorption.
