摘要
研究了一种高频高压脉冲电源,利用交直流叠加技术,产生高频高压快速上升沿的交流脉冲,满足产生低温等离子体的需求。电源主要由交流电源、直流电源和交直流耦合电路(包括反应器)组成。实验结果表明,交直流叠加电源能够产生良好的低温等离子体。
A high frequency and high voltage pulse power supply is described,which is in the way of an AC voltage superposed on DC voltage.This power supply can produce high frequency, high voltage and rapid rising rate of AC pulse to satisfy the need of producing non-thermal plasma.It comprises of an AC power supply,a DC power supply,and an AC/DC coupling circuit( including reactor).The experimental results show that this power supply can produce good non-thermal plasma.
