摘要
为研制用于等离子体发生器的高压高频脉冲电源,根据磁脉冲压缩网络的理论设计了一套脉冲陡化电路。该电路将峰值5 kV、重复频率5 kHz的电压脉冲陡化,其脉冲上升沿由50μs陡化为几十ns。在分析了电路的工作原理并给出其设计要点后建立了电路的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:电源输出脉冲波形受负载等效参数的影响较大;脉冲陡化效果受磁开关饱和电感以及导通时间的影响较大。
A pulse sharpening circuit with a high voltage and high frequency power supply is designed according to the theorY of magnetic pulse compression, which is applied to a pulse power supply for a plasmas generator. When the voltage pulses with parameters of 5 kV and 5 kHz pass through the circuit, the rise-time of the pulses are shortened from 50 μs to several dozens ns. The principle of the circuit is analyzed. The method to design the magnetic pulse compression network is given, and the simulation model of the circuit is established too. It is fond through simulations that the sharpened waveforms are greatly affected by the load, and the sharpening effect is largely affected by the saturation inductance and the closing time of the magnetic switch.
