摘要 目的:了解创面感染病原菌的菌群分布及耐药性分析,指导临床医生合理使用抗菌药物。方法:对2006年6月~2008年5月,我院创面感染病原菌的分布和抗菌药物敏感性进行回顾性分析。结果:273株创面感染病原菌中前两位细菌依次为大肠埃希菌45株(16.5%)和金黄色葡萄球菌40株(14.7%);产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的检出率为62.2%,并对多种抗菌药物呈现高度多重耐药;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率为47.5%,未发现对万古霉素耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌。结论:大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌是创面感染的优势菌种,并且细菌耐药性高,大部分呈多重耐药;临床医生应合理使用抗菌药物,选择有效的抗菌药物治疗具有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance analysis of pathogens from wound surface for the guidance of rational use of antibiotics, nethods:A retrospective analysis was made about distribution and drug resistance analysis of pathogens from wound surface of our hospital from Jun 2006 to May 2008. Results: Among 273 strains pathogens from wound surface, the most common pathogens were Escherichia coli ( 16. 5 % ) and Staphylococcus aureus ( 14. 7 % ) ; 62. 2% of Escherichia coli produced ESBLs, and had severe multiple resistance; 47.5% Staphylococcus aureus isolates were resistant to oxacillin, neither strains of Staphylococcus aureus nor strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were found resistant to vancomycin. Conclusion : Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were predominant pathogen with the wound surface. And the bacteria had a high antibiotic resistance,the most parts of bacteria had severe muhiple resistance. The doctor should have rational use of antibiotics, and it is very important to select antibiotics correctly for clinical treatment of the infections.
