摘要
目的对我院伤口分泌物培养大肠埃希菌的检测结果进行分析,为临床用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月至2014年8月的272份分泌物大肠埃希菌的阳性检测结果。结果 272份阳性菌中ESBLSs阳性株152株,占55.90%,阴性株120株,占44.10%,其主要分布在普外科、骨科、内分泌和ICU,ESBLSs阳性株耐药率普遍高于ESBLSs阴性株,药敏结果显示对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南、美罗培南、阿米卡星、米诺环素的耐药率较低。结论伤口分泌物感染病原菌大肠埃希菌耐药状况严重,临床应结合药敏结果合理选择抗生素。
Objective To cultivate e.coli wound secretion of test results were analyzed,and provide reference for clinical application.Methods A retrospective analysis in August 2010 to August 2014,272 secretions e.coli positive test results.Results 272 positive ESBLSs positive strains in 152 strains,accounting for 55.90 %,negative seedlings,120（44.10 %）,the main distribution in general surgery,orthopedics,endocrine and ICU,ESBLSs positive strains resistant rate is generally higher than ESBLSs negative strains,drug susceptibility results show of piperacillin/he temple,cefoperazone/shu ba jotham,imine south,beauty e.faecalis,amikacin,minocycline irologic resistance is low.Conclusions Wound secretion infection pathogenic bacteria e.coli resistance is in serious condition,clinical reasonable choice of antibiotics should be combined with drug susceptibility results.
