摘要
研究以香菇蒂为原料的烟熏液的生产条件,结果发现:在干馏温度为250℃时,其干馏速度、烟熏液的活性物质含量和安全性均为最佳,且具有较好的杀菌效果。
The production conditions of fumeol by lentinus edodes' pedicel as raw materials are studied.When the dry distillation temperature was 250℃, dry distillation speed, active substance contents in fumeol and security were the best,and it also had good sterilization.
