摘要
目的:结合医院的实际情况,探索护士分层级管理和使用新路,以解决护理专业建设、队伍稳定发展的问题。方法:对队伍结构进行分层,探索护士按能力上岗;对岗位责任进行分层,探索护士按团队形式工作;对培训目标进行分层,探索护士按核心能力培训。结果:初级责任护士明确了个人发展的方向,激发了努力工作的热情;高级责任护士,增强了责任感、专业能力和个人价值得到了认可;高学历、高职称的护士向专科护士方向发展,体现其个人成就和专业价值。
Objective: To explore the new pathway on Nurse Grading Management and solve the problem of nursing science development and nurse team building integrating with the hospital actuality. Method: The whole nurse team structure was graded to explore the different nurse position by nurses' ability. Different nurse positions and responsibilities were graded to explore the appropriate nurse team work style. Different training objectives were also graded to explore the nurse training method on nursing core ability. Results: Junior Primary Nurses understood the direction of individual development and were motivated to work hard passionately. Senior Primary Nurses increased responsibility on patients' care, and their professional ability and individual value were recognized by others. The nurses who had high education level and high technique rifle were motivated to develop on the direction of becoming Nurse Specialist, and they also actualized their individual accomplishments and professional value.
