摘要
服务型制造是制造与服务相融合的新产业形态,是一种新的先进制造模式。本文在系统阐述服务型制造的起源及特征的基础上,将一般服务模式融入传统制造业运行模式中,构建了一种以顾客为中心、体现"整体解决方案"的服务型制造模式。
Service-oriented manufacturing is a new industry integrating manufacturing with sevice,and is a new manufacturing model. This paper systematically expounds the origin and characteristics of the service-oriented manufacturing, and integrates the general service model with the traditional manufacturing model to build a service-oriented manufacturing model which reflects an overall customer-centered service solution.
