摘要
企业社会责任的履行,对企业来说是一种可持续发展的有效途径。本文以企业社会责任为切入点,论述了企业社会责任的内涵和分类,分析了企业社会责任与可持续发展的关系,并在可持续发展的视角下,结合矿业企业生产的特殊性,探讨矿业企业该如何履行社会责任,履行哪些社会责任,从而实现矿业企业和社会的可持续发展。
It is an efficient path for enterprises＇ sustainability to perform their corporate social responsibility （CSR）. Taking the point cut of CSR, this paper firstly expound on the concept and category of the CSR, and then discusses the relationship between the CSR and sustainability, at last under the perspective of sustainability and combined with the specialties of the mining enterprises, the paper also speculates on how to perform CSR in the mining enterprises.
