摘要
本文以光大会展中心为例,研究参展商对展馆提供的相关服务的满意度。在对21个原始指标进行探索性因子分析后,得出5个主要的影响因子:展馆自身硬件设施服务、展览服务商提供的服务、展馆空间位置条件、展中展馆表现、展馆平时表现。在此基础上进行结构方程建模,得出对这5个因子影响大的指标的排序,由高到低依次为展馆内的展览设施、展台搭建服务、展馆内部布局、展馆的清洁卫生和展馆运营管理。在得出各指标的推导重要性,并结合参展商直述的重要性及满意度绘制散点图进行分析后,本文提出光大会展中心需重点关注的是展台搭建服务、展览货运代理服务和展馆导向解说系统等三方面的服务。
This article takes Shanghai Everbright Exhibition Center as an example and applies the Exploratory Factor Analysis method to study exhibitors' satisfaction with the services provided by the venue. With an exploratory analysis of 21 original indicators, it concludes that there are five main impact factors, namely the facilities of the venue, the services of service providers, the location of the venue, the performance of the venue during the exhibition as well as its day to day behaviors. On the basis of the factor analysis, it builds a structure equation model to sort the weighs of their impacts ordered from high to low as facilities, booth set-up services, internal layout, sanitary condition and operation and management of the venue. With the derivation of the importance of the factors and the importance and satisfaction perceived by the exhibitors, the article also draws a scatter diagram to analyze the factors. The paper proposes that Shanghai Everbright Exhibition Center should stress its focus on booth set-up service, exhibit logistic agency services and signage and commentary system.
