纤维酶制剂和日粮粗纤维对生长鹅料重比的配比优化研究 被引量:3

On Optimized Proportioning of Cellulase Preparations and Crude Fiber in Ration for Feed/Gain Ratio of Growing Gooses

摘要 以砻糠和玉米秸秆为主要纤维源,在日粮等能量、等蛋白的前提下,采用2因子5水平的二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验,研究纤维酶制剂添加水平和日粮粗纤维水平对料重比的影响,建立了两因素对料重比关系的数学模型;最后确定了纤维酶制剂和日粮粗纤维在生长鹅日粮中的最佳配比为:纤维酶制剂添加水平为0.347%、日粮粗纤维水平为5.68%,料重比为3.21。 Taking rice husk and corn stalk as main source of fiber and under the conditions of equal energy and equal protein of the rations, an experiment by means of universal rotational combinational design by three-factor five-level quadratic regression was carried out to study the effect of adding level of eellulase preparations and content level of crude fiber in the rations on the feed/weight gain ra- tio. A mathematical model of relation between two factors and feed/weight gain ratio was established ; finally the optimum proportioning of eellulase preparation and crude fiber in rations for growing gooses was determined: adding level of eellulase preparations was 0. 347% , content level of crude fiber in the rations was 5.68% and the feed/weight gain ratio was 3.21.
