摘要
探讨单面无缝内衣针织物的成型及花纹形成时组织结构搭配的要求及其规律.通过理论分析提出织物成型及花纹形成时对组织结构和纱线的要求.通过上机实验观察并分析花纹的表现效果得出,选择合适的纱线和织物组织搭配不仅可以塑造出合体舒适的胸、腰、臀等立体部位,还可以编织出清新亮丽的花纹图案.成型时使用纱线量较多的组织可使该部位凸显,使用纱线较少的组织使该部位收紧,花纹应用反组织其表面平整清晰,花纹边缘部位应用分割效果明显的组织结构.
The single jersey seamless knitted underwear and forming the pattern formation with the requirements of the stitch structure and its laws are researched. Through theoretical analysis, the requirement of stitch structure and yarn in fabric formation are put forward. According to the experiment observation and analysis,it is obtained that chosing the right yarn and fabric stitch not only shape a comforta- ble body parts, such as chest, waist and buttock, but also weave a fresh and beautiful patterns. The stitch with large quantity of yarn makes the part more prominent, the stitch with low quantity of yarn makes the part tight. The anti-stitch makes the surface of stitch clear, partition stitch structure should be used on the edge of the pattern.
