发热纱在3D无缝轻塑身四分裤上的应用

摘要 文章介绍采用12.0 tex超细旦发热纱短纤维与7.8 tex氨纶外包一根4.5 tex/36 f锦纶包覆丝交织,在意大利圣东尼28针/25.4 mm TOP2 FAST型高速电脑单面纬编针织机上开发一款3D无缝四分裤。详细介绍款式的设计理念、结合电脑纬编织机的特性、织造原料的功能性选择和编织工艺。经性能测试结果表明,这款用发热纱短纤维编织而成的四分裤具有轻塑身效果,穿着美观,面料手感柔软舒适,吸湿发热,具有良好的形态保持性,符合现代女性服饰潮流设计趋势。 This paper introduces a 3D quarter pants with no side seam,which is interknitted with 7.8 tex spandex and 4.5 tex/36 f polyamide coated yarn,12.0 tex ultra-fine denier heating garn,and developed on the TOP2 high speed computerized single weft knitting machine with gauge 28 G in santoni.The design idea of the style,the characteristics of knitting equipment,the functional selection of knitted materials and knitting technology are introduced in detail.Through a variety of test data comparison,this quarter pants knitted from heating yarn stalple fiber is beautiful and comfortable to wear.The fabric feels soft,the luster is soft,there is a sense of silk and good moisture absorption,and the wearing performance is similar to silk,which is in line with the trend of environmental protection clothing.
