摘要
21世纪以来,华侨华人和中国的关系与互动得到了前所未有的展开和深入。在此前提下,"海内外同胞关系和谐"不仅成为新时期华侨华人和中国关系的高度概括和凝练,而且被赋予了新的时代内涵。在中国推进和平外交与构建和谐世界的进程中,海外的华侨华人,作为"文化中国"的认同者和塑造者,作为连接中国和世界的特殊桥梁和纽带,他们对于中国形象的世界意义或世界的"中国观"构成,有着积极的促进作用和推动力量。而这种来自底层的自觉自发的海外民间力量,在全球化时代中,正透过以新华侨华人为主体的跨国散居群体,凝聚起与祖籍国方方面面的关系互动,构成了当今国际关系中民族主义和跨国主义互为激荡的主流趋势。
In the 21st century, the relationship between overseas Chinese and China has unprecedentedly developed and deepened. In this circumstance, the harmony of the relation has been endowed with new connotations. During the course of pushing forward harmonious world, as the identifier and shaper of cultural China and the tie between China and the world, the overseas Chinese have played important role to construct the image of China. The overseas folk power from the bottom has interacted with our country in many aspects, which constitutes the main trend of the interaction of nationalism and cross-nationalism in the present international relations.
