钻井液性能及井壁稳定问题的几点认识 被引量:73

摘要 对钻井液中膨润土含量、钻井液密度、抑制性、滤失量、固相控制、处理剂质量和井壁稳定等问题进行了探讨,认为根据具体情况合理控制并提前考虑调整钻井液性能,有利于改善钻井液的稳定性和提高抗温、抗污染能力。并提出在井壁稳定和堵漏处理中要用动态的观念进行分析,以提高措施的针对性和有效性。 The problems of concentration of bentonite, density, rejection capability, filtrate quantity, drilling fluid solids control, quality additives of drilling fluid and wellbore stability, etc. were preliminary studied. It is believed that according to practice instance to rationally dominate and adjust the performance of drilling fluid considered ahead of time will help to improve the stability of drilling fluid, the anti-temperature and anti-pollution capacity. The paper put forward that trend concept must be used to treat wellbore stability and lost circulation in order to improve the direction and effectiveness of the measures.
