摘要
2003年以来,国际油价持续走高,促进了石油钻井的开发力度,使钻井化学品的需求量得到快速增长。2008年7月国际原油价格达到147.27美元/bbl,随后,受国际金融危机的影响,国际原油价格急剧走低,早先刺激原油的措施性开采将逐步放慢,石油钻井口数量大大减少,这就使原本快速增长的钻井化学品市场出现了急转直下的现象。尽管如此,国内钻井用化学品的需求仍然会随着西部和南方海相地层的开发,以及海外业务量的不断增加大幅度增加,预计未来钻井化学品将保持每年4%以上的增长速度。同时由于化工原料价格大幅度降低,大大降低了钻井用化学品的生产成本,也给钻井用化学品的生产带来了有利因素,钻井用化学品研究和生产企业应树立信心,提高认识,强化技术进步,努力进行针对性强的新产品的研究和开发工作,以期促进钻井用化学品的发展。
Combining the research works of processing agents based on new synthetic polymers and natural material modified products, the recent research, development and applications of drilling chemicals at home have been summarized. The problems existing in research, applications and development of drilling chemicals were pointed out. The prospects on research and development of drilling chemicals were also introduced. It was also pointed out that synthesis of new materials via molecular modification of synthetic polymer and modification of natural materials was the research & development direction of drilling chemicals.
