摘要
日本是港口经济充满活力和增长潜力的国家。近年日本港口经济迅速发展,成为港口城市乃至整个国家经济发展的重要因素。生产持续攀升,资源整合稳步推进,相关服务业发展迅速,腹地日渐拓展,成为发展的突出特点。日本中央及地方政府采取了诸多重要举措,也还存在着一些急需解决的问题。当前,在我国积极发展综合运输体系的关键时期,认真研究日本港口经济发展的经验教训,有重要的现实意义。
Japan has a dynamic port economy which is of high potentials. The rapid growth of Japanese port economy in recent years has turned out to be an important impetus for both local and national economy. The development is featured with persistent increase of production, steady advancement in resource integration, rapid development of corresponding service industries, and gradual expansion into inland areas. Although a series of important measures have been taken by both central and local governments, some urgent problems are still left unsolved. Now that China is in a crucial stage to improve its transportation system, the Japanese experiences and lessons have great implications for China to develop her port economy.
