摘要
现代物流是经济全球化的产物,并已经成为世界各国和各地区经济的重要组成部分。港口是整个物流过程中的一个重要节点,港口在物流中的核心与枢纽地位日趋重要。天津与釜山同是港口城市,在国际物流中具有重要且不同的区位优势和规模优势。随着经济全球化和信息化进程的不断加快,物流运作全球化成为21世纪国际物流产业发展的新趋势。要满足全球化的物流服务,天津与釜山物流业的合作应以强强联合、集约化、协同化发展为取向,以增值服务、规模效益为基本策略,积极探索港口以及现代物流业的国际交流平台建设与合作。
Modern logistics is an outcome of economic glohalization, and has become an important part of the economy in countries and regions all over the world. Port is an important node in the whole logistics process, and its status has become more and more important. Tianjin and Pnsan are beth port cities, occupying area and scale advantages in international logistics. Tianjin port is transforming from "four goods categories" to "four major industries", shaping the framework of "two bridges, three ports, four channels" , perfecting infrastrueture, promoting the level of "value - added services", to achieve sustained and rapid development. Pnsan is implementing the strategy of all - round development, maintaining the growth momentum of throughput, expanding the scale and enhancing logistics hub construction, expanding the logistics area, free trade zone and flare economic zone, attracting clients at home and abroad through value - added services. To meet the global logistics services, the logistics industry cooperation between Tianjin and Pusan should take intensive, collaborative development as orientation, take value - added services and scale benefits as basic measures, actively explore the construction of international exchange platform of ports and modem Logistics industry.
