摘要
以全寿命周期理论为基础,结合大型农业基础项目的特点,研究了基于工作分解结构(WBS)和风险分解结构(RBS)进行风险识别的基础上,运用系统工程思想和方法,对大型农业基础项目全寿命动态风险管理进行了探讨。
On the basis of the life cycle theory,combining with the characteristics of large-scale agricultural fundamental project,the risk identification of work breakdown structure（WBS） and risk breakdown structure（RBS） was studied.By using system engineering thought and methods,the dynamic life cycle risk management of large-scale agricultural fundamental project was discussed.
