摘要
建设项目管理与设计项目管理、施工项目管理作为工程项目管理的两个管理层次,在传统的工程项目管理中三者相互分离,造成了许多弊端。从工程项目管理这两个层次的角度,提出了工程项目管理综合集成化的概念,同时为工程项目管理研究提供了一条有效的途径。
As two administrative structures of project management, Build project management and design project management, construct project management, were separated each other in traditional project management, and cause a lot of drawbacks. This text put forward synthesize the integrated conception of project management from the angle of these two levels of project management, and put forward an effective way for project management at the same time.
