摘要
为解决期刊和学科的评价问题,从文献计量学和科学计量学的角度,指出JCR五大指标的计量和评价功能,并结合学科分类评价的原则,以JCR社会科学版(JCR Social Sciences Edition)中的"图书与情报科学"为例,分析了该学科的总体分布、数据来源和出版频率,综合利用Matlab工具和层次分析法(AHP)构建了期刊综合评价方法,并指出影响JCR评价指标的有关因素。
In order to resolve the evaluation problem of periodical and subject, in the point of view bibliometric and scientometrie, this paper briefly introduces the indicators of JCR and its function. Combining with the different principle of class evaluation, by means of the information science ＆ library science, it analyzies its collectivity distributing, source of data and its publication frequency. Using the Matlab and AHP, the authors construct the method of the periodical＇ s evaluation and point out some factors influencing the indicators of JCR.
