摘要
以中国政府财政支持农村生态环境质量改善的政策绩效评价为研究对象,将其分为重建和修复农业生态环境的财政支农政策以及减少对农村生态环境破坏的财政支农政策两类,通过分析相关财政支农政策的成效和存在问题,为进一步推进中国农村生态环境改善而优化相关财政支农政策的设计和实施方法提出有益的建议。
The article mainly analyzes the financial-assisting agricultural policies performances in proving the agricultural ecological environments. By analyzing the performances and problems of the relevant financial-assisting agricultural policies, the author puts forward proper advice in optimizing the relevant financial-assisting agricultural policies to improve the Chinese agricultural ecological environments.
