摘要
实验研究了不同变质剂及其量的变化对Al-Mg-Si合金材料凝固组织的影响。结果表明:当复合变质剂加入量w(SrCl2+RE)由0.6%增至1.2%,初生Mg2Si晶粒细化,尺寸从约16μm降至11μm左右,形貌发生由不规则多面体向立方体的转变;同时导致树枝状共晶Mg2Si组织细化,高倍下各树枝分枝形貌出现由密集的粗大板片向离散的短细纤维或颗粒状转变;稀土元素Nd对材料中共晶组织的变质更有选择性。
In the experiments, the effects of different modifications with different amount on solidification microstructures of some Al-Mg-Si alloys were studied. The results indicate that, with the increase of SrCl2 and RE addition amount from 0.6 % to 1. 2 %, the morphology of primary Mg2Si is changed from polyhedron to cube with a size reduction from about 16 um to 11um. Meanwhile,eutectic Mg2 Si is also refined with a morphology changing from agglomerated coarse tablet to dispersed spots or slim fibers. Moreover, the rare earth element Nd has an obvious modifying effect on eutectic structure in the Al-Mg-Si alloys.
